See Me
“See Me” is rooted in the power of healing and renewal. I revisited pivotal moments in my life, translating emotions into visual form through layers and marks. Each added layer became a response to new insights gained in the process—culminating in works that embody resolution and the joy of moving forward. My hope is that viewers sense the energy within these pieces and reflect on their own journeys of transformation.

Personal Graffiti
“Personal Graffiti” unfolded in tandem with "See Me", almost like a visual diary. While creating See Me, I used the remaining paint and papers to build new surfaces that carried a rawer, more chaotic energy. Over time, these works began to resemble the layered marks and tags found in urban graffiti. They became my own form of “tagging”—playful, spontaneous expressions that, ultimately celebrate joy and progression.

Balancing Act
"Balancing Act III" is a mixed media exploration of the delicate equilibrium of someone living with multiple autoimmune diseases. The interplay of elements in this piece reflect the tension between stability and chaos—both of which can exist within a single person, a single day and the world at large. This intentional composition invites viewers to reflect on their own balancing acts—physically, emotionally and psychologically—while acknowledging both the resilience and fragility of that ever-shifting state.
